Makeup is my drug: MAKEUP OF THE DAY: Cut-crease eye-makeup using SCOTCH TAPE

Today I was in the mood for something different so I tried a new makeup look using a "secret" tool: scotch tape. It amazes me that every time I use scotch tape everything is so easy. It gives the perfect outer line for the eye makeup, you don't have to worry about making any mistakes. I was very pleased with the eye-makeup so I did not feel the need to wear any foundation or blush or anything like that. I don't use foundation on a daily basis anyway especially when my eyes are very defined. For my lips I used a pink lipgloss but you can choose whichever color you prefer. Astăzi am vrut să încerc ceva diferit așa că am decis să creez un machiaj mai diferit folosind un ajutor ,,secret”: scotch-ul. De fiecare dată scotch-ul îmi ușurează munca când vine vorba de machiajul ochilor. Creează o linie perfectă și dreaptă la colțul ochiului, nu mai este nevoie de niciun retuș, el face toată treaba. Am fost foarte mulțumită de machiajul ochilor așa că nu am simțit nevoia să folosesc fond de ten pentru că oricum nu folosesc fond de ten în fiecare zi, mai ales dacă am ochii foarte bine conturați. Pentru buze am ales un luciu roz dar voi puteți să folosiți orice culoare preferați. Sper să vă placă acest mini-tutorial și spuneți-mi dacă încercați și voi metoda cu scotch-ul.

STEPS I FOLLOWED/ Pașii urmăriți:

1. First of all, place your scotch tape on the outer-eye corner, where you want to have that precise line. An easier way for this is to put the scotch tape connecting the outer eye-corner with the outer-corner of the eyebrow. I wanted a more dramatic line so I placed the scotch tape a little further from the outer eyebrow-corner.

1. În primul rând așezați scotch-ul în colțul ochiului, unde doriți să aveți acea linie perfectă. Ca să vă fie mai ușor, puteți să puneți scotch-ul de la capătul ochiului până la colțul sprâncenei. Eu am vrut o linie mai dramatică așa că am trecut puțin de colțul extern al sprancenei.

2. Use a gold pigment on the lid.

3. Now it's time to darken the outer corner of the eye. Gradually add a darker shadow: start with a soft brown, then add a darker brown and finally use a black shadow. Blend the edges carrefully but don't insist on the line between the gold and the black eyeshadow because it gives the illusion of a 'cut-crease' eye-makeup.

3. Este timpul să accentuăm colțul ochiului. Treptat, adăugați fardurile mai închise: începeți cu un maro deschis, apoi adăugați un maro mai închis și, la sfarșit, folosiți fardul negru. Amestecați culorile cu atenție, dar nu insistați foarte mult pe linia dintre auriu și negru pentru că aceasta dă iluzia de machiaj 'cut-crease'.

4. The eye-makeup is almost done. Remove the schotch tape and line your eyes with a black eye-liner following the line created by the scotch tape. I added some false-eyelashes but this is totally up to you, you can easily add mascara and you're done. I added false-lashes because my natural ones are very ~~crappy~~ and I wanted long and voluminous lashes for this look.

4. Machiajul ochilor este aproape gata. Îndepărtați scotch-ul și conturați-vă ochii cu un tuș negru. Este foarte ușor să vă dați cu tuș după ce ați îndepărtat scotch-ul pentru că puteți să vă ghidați după linia creată de el. Eu am folosit gene false dar acest lucru este opțional, puteți să vă dați cu rimel și ați terminat. Eu am decis să folosesc gene false pentru că genele mele natural sunt foarte ~~aiurea~~ și vroiam să am gene lungi și dese pentru acest machiaj.
